What Assessments Do

Assessments Capture Input

      • Responses identify repeatable operating signals
      • Inputs reflect structural orientation and internal sequence
      • Inputs are measured mechanically, not interpretively
      • No subjective meaning is assigned at the input stage

Assessments Do Not Generate Meaning

      • No conclusions are drawn during input collection
      • No traits, strengths, or preferences are inferred
      • No value, rank, or capability is assigned
      • Input is treated as signal data only

Reports Are the Output

      • Reports translate measured structure into readable form
      • Outputs describe operating mechanics and repeating patterns
      • Reports explain how a system operates, not what it should do
      • Outputs provide clarity, not instruction

      • Meaning, use, and application remain external to the system

Report Types

Reports are structured outputs derived from assessment data. They describe operating mechanics and usage context. They do not provide insight, advice, or instruction.

Personal Report

Describes individual operating structure, pattern repetition, and system limits. Intended for personal reference and understanding.

Team Member Report

Describes how an individual’s operating structure appears within a team environment. Intended to support shared clarity without labeling or ranking.

Manager Report

Describes operating structure for placement, responsibility, and load consideration. Intended for organizational use without coaching or behavioral direction.

Business Report

*Each report type presents the same structure through a  different usage context.
